Do you leave home and, after driving for a few kilometres, find yourself wondering whether you have turned the iron off? Do you fumble through your pockets for the car keys? Are you sometimes so immersed in thought that you lose track of time? Have your thoughts ever kept revolving around the same thing for hours on end? Have you been constantly dwelling on what happened in the past, or what improbable scenarios the future might hold? The situation continues and is wearing you out, but you just cannot stop it by yourself.
Following the motto SLOW DOWN AND FEEL, in cooperation with Joanna Delbar’s Institute, we have prepared unique workshops on the holistic approach to life, stress reduction, mindfulness and focusing on the here and now. Joanna Delbar is a certified mindfulness teacher, shri vivek integral yoga instructor, and stress management and personal development coach.
THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:
- 3-day accommodation in a luxury room,
- full board based on Superfoods, i.e. unprocessed foods of natural origin containing just the right amounts of nutrients which have beneficial effects on human health,
- morning yoga session,
- daily stress and life energy management workshops led by Joanna Delbar,
- individual consultations with Joanna Delbar for those interested,
- evening relaxation activities,
- relaxation at the SPA Centre (2 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis, a range of saunas and a cardio studio),
- free outdoor car park,
- VAT included.
In addition, we recommend treatments at the Dr Irena Eris Skin Care Institute, allowing you to experience deep relaxation.
