This is a gorgeous, top-notch hotel and spa. Our family stayed and we all enjoyed it very much. The food was fabulous and the breakfast buffet is unbeatable. The pool, sauna & "relax" area are terrific and beautifully designed. The service was very good. It was all around a 5 star experience.
In my opinion Irena Eris in Polanica Zdroj deserves rating of not 5 but 10 star SPA The room was exceptional very clean and bright. The breakfast was second to none with many varieties of Polish food witch was delicious. Very beautiful place.

It is absolutely amazing place (one in the World) where you relax from the very first minute right from the entrance. Very welcome atmosphere, friendly stuff, highest quality services, efficient SPA treatments, marvelous dining. I can hardly imagine anything to improve :-)
Beautiful, new hotel, exquisitely decorated, spotless clean. Rooms are spacious, huge bed, lovely balcony with views to forest. Also very generous with complimentary skincare toiletries. Wonderful spa and treatment facilities. Restaurant was excellent and very good value. Lovely local walks.
Beautifully appointed. Rooms were definitely five star. The hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were polite. Food excellent. Great buffet for breakfast.
This hotel is definitely one of the best in Poland. The whole concept - location, superior quality and very consistent architectural design (art deco), dining, rooms, service - is at the top level. There are many amenities in the hotel - cafe, bowling, snooker, big pool with saunas, relax area and fitness, play rooms for kids and squash. Prices are high but the place is worth it. Little tip - try to be there out of peak season. It abslutely quiet and peaceful then.
Luxury at its best! Staff was excellent, restaurant great and the spa area outstanding. An added bonus was how good care they take of the children, with scheduled activities every day. The spa area and treatment clinic are amazing. I am already scheduling our return to the hotel. Very good place to stay if you need to relax, either with or without children.
