The starting point of the restaurant dishes is the Polish culinary tradition, however, it is presented in an innovative, modern form, seducing with the depth of taste and composition and color. A special selection of wines perfectly will complement the restaurant dishes.

Local specialties

The menu is composed of unique, local products, such as the wonderful cheese (bundz, oscypek, bryndza) and the gifts of nature (fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish). Our kitchen also makes own preserves so that our guests can appreciate the Beskid flavors throughout the year.

Janusz Myjak, Chef at Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotel in Krynica Zdrój, is a winner of many culinary competitions. His compositions are inspired by the regional culinary heritage, they are transformed into original, unique dishes which captivate with full flavors and aromas.
