Yoga sessions are guided by Karolina Pałac, yoga and pilates teacher, who graduated international teacher training Yoga Alliance, and gained experience at i.a. London, Salzburg and Wien.

YOGA SESSION SCHEDULE:
- morning breathing exercises – Pranayama and meditation,
- morning energizing session – Vinyasa Yoga,
- walk and yoga practice at the open air,
- afternoon calming session Yin Yoga,
- evening relaxing session – Nidra Yoga combined with aromatherapy.
