Art Déco Restaurant has been awarded the symbol of chef's hat in the most prestigious Gault & Millau Polska cooking guide, promoting new trends in gastronomy and restaurants that best implement the nouvelle cuisine philosophy. The Art Déco restaurant was distinguished in the 2020 edition with two Gault & Millau caps.

Chef Augustine Nsai combines the cuisine of three cultures: Cameroon, Italian and Polish. His inspiration comes also from classic French cuisine. What is more, his culinary creations surprise Guests with texture, colour, way of combining flavours or unusual ingredients. Augustine believes that the essence of the dish success lies in the quality of the product – its freshness, origin and seasonality, but also in the simplicity of composition.
