Enjoy time surrounded by nature to strengthen your body, mind and take time just for yourself. A specially selected programme of exercises and meditations will improve your physical condition and well-being.
The sessions will be led by Ms Monika Tankielun, whose passion is Yoga, sound therapy and body work. During the sessions, she proposes thematic sequences and reinforces moments of relaxation through meditation using idiophonic instruments, in addition to the breath, which is essential for balance. Her guiding principle is “the body does not get sick.... the body only shows us”, so following this line of thought, let us take the time to listen to our body.
A visit to the Skin Care Institute for a relaxing full-body massage as well as a face, neck, and décolletage massage will round off the sessions. All this in a setting of silence in harmony with nature.
PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:
