Over the weekend you will relax with yoga and learn what benefits yoga can bring to a busy modern man.

You willl have the chance to take part in yoga sessions of different intensity as well as calming and relaxing evening led by a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga instructor – Robert Kaczkowski.

Physical activity is his passion. He is enthusiastic about functional movement, which activates all bodily functions. He is also interested in activities that consciously engage not only our bodies, but also the mind to help us maintain inner harmony. Robert’s journey started with karate, but the search for the right form of activity led him to yoga, which became his passion. His first experiences were connected with Sivananda Yoga, but his true love is Ashtanga Vinyasa Joga developed by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Robert not only organises his original yoga workshops, but also teaches how to use our anatomical movement patterns for the correct functioning of our bodies. He also teaches the secrets of relaxation and meditation.
Join our meeting and learn what yoga is and how it can benefit your mind and body by cleansing and slowing your aging.

Sunday
