Programme prepared for the busy and the hard-working who want to get fit in a short time. The diversity of the activities will improve your fitness and stamina, as well as have positive effect on maintaining the good habits at home.
- 8–15 December – THREE ELEMENTS – WATER, FIRE, AIR
A combination of several training types, which reflect three elements: water, fire and air. Activities in the water will relieve your joints, activities in the fitness room will help you burn calories and work out a good sweat while the time spent on Nordic Walking in the fresh air will provide you with a proper dose of oxygen.
